31 Days of Tarot- Deck That I Crossed Off My Wishlist in 2017

Hello! I’m finally back due to a brief work-induced hiatus. Hopefully, I’ll get my shit together and not have another since keeping a schedule is good for me. The deck I finally crossed off my wishlist in 2017 would have to be The Starchild Tarot. Even though I didn’t have this deck on my wishlist before 2017, I spent a good few months mulling over it.

Now that I have it though, I just adore it. This deck is just stunning- the colors are so calming, it’s such a welcoming energy. It’s also good because I have a tendency to go more towards darker decks- I’ve always been drawn more towards shadow. However, I’ve been trying to keep a healthy balance of both light and shadow in my work. This deck is absolutely light work- it’s a deck that’s very gentle yet strong and powerful. Personally, I find this deck works best with spreads rather than draws. I usually only use this deck for spiritual & health related workings, as a personal preference. I’m also quite excited for The Moonchild Tarot- I can’t wait to see how they work together!
